Demystified and Cooking with Steam was born out of necessity. Co-founder Linda McGowan purchased a combi steam oven some 5 years ago and at the time there was little or no information about what these appliances could achieve … until now.

Demystified answers the most common question your customers have “What can you cook with steam?” in an easy to understand, simple to follow format. Each recipe has a list of ingredients, equipment and useful hints and tips so that your customer can get the most out of their combi/steam oven purchase. All the recipes in Demystified are not oven specific; only two (2) terms are used in the recipes (steam & combi) and we rely on the most important factors for our recipes when cooking…time and temperature.
